TÜBİTAK TÜSSİDE designed the "Assistant Expert Competency Development Program" for the assistant experts of the Undersecretariat of Treasury. 62 assistant experts participated in the 3-day trainings. Trainings on effective presentation techniques, protocol rules, meeting and time management were given by famous artist Ziya KÜRKÜT and Prof. Dr. Necati CEMALOĞLU.
