The Republic of Turkey Prime Ministry General Directorate of Foundations (GDoF) and TUBITAK Turkish Industry and Administration Institute (TÜSSİDE) signed a cooperation to create the 2015-2019 Strategic Plan of GDoF. Strategic Management Training, the first step of the project, was held in Antalya on November 11-15, 2013. Thanks to the training, which was attended by approximately 110 participants, the basic concepts of strategic management were shared in order to create a common language, and the ways to be followed in the creation of the main statements to be included in the strategic plan were explained and reinforced with practices.
The outputs of the applied training program contributed to the situation analysis of the institution and the "DGMM 2015-2019 Draft Strategic Plan" was created by reviewing the strategic model of the institution and conducting target indicator and strategy studies.
The draft strategic plan was presented to the senior management at TÜBİTAK TÜSSİDE on January 21-24, 2014 with the participation of 40 people, including the Heads of Departments and Regional Directors of all Units.
At the end of the Strategic Plan studies, senior management and project team members expressed their satisfaction in working with TUSSİDE.
