On September 29, 2016, PTT signed the contract for the Development of Corporate Service Standards of PTT General Directorate with TUBITAK Turkish Industry and Administration Institute (TÜSSİDE), which provides training and consultancy services on "Management and System Development" to many important sectors and institutions in our country, in order to continue its achievements supported by its solid foundations from its 176 years of deep-rooted history by becoming stronger in the same lane with competitive global players and to ensure the establishment of an Integrated Management System for the institution as a requirement of global integration.
This project will model an Integrated Management System (IMS) in which PTT's processes will be integrated with ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 and ISO 27001 management systems. Thus, with the Integrated Management System, the basic structure of the organization's processes will be strengthened and its mobility will increase even more. In addition, combining all components of the organization's processes in a consistent system will facilitate achieving the goals of the organization, strengthen internal and external communication, eliminate inefficiency due to repetition of work, and simplify business processes.
Within the scope of the project, a project opening meeting was held with the participation of Kenan Bozgeyik, PTT General Manager, Tezer Battal, Director of TÜBİTAK TÜSSİDE Institute, Metin Yerebakan, Project Consultant, and PTT central organization managers, and the road map of the project was shared with all participants.
