The opening ceremony of the Strategic Planning Project signed between the General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre (TKGM) and our Institute was held on September 04, 2018 at the conference hall of the Institution. The ceremony started with the opening speech of the Deputy Director General of TKGM and continued with the informative presentations of TUSSIDE Project Team about the project scope and work plan. The ceremony ended with the announcement of the team members who will take part in the Strategic Planning process and questions and answers.

Within the scope of the project, a practical training program will be carried out to prepare the 2019-2023 Strategic Plan of TKGM. A workshop will be organized to ensure internal awareness and participation. Opinions of the external stakeholders of the organization will be received through a survey application. The project, which will be carried out with the consultancy of TÜSSİDE experts at all stages, is planned to be completed in November.
