The "Contemporary Management Approaches and Art of Being a Team" training program designed by TÜSSİDE for the employees of İzmir Water and Sewerage Administration General Directorate (İZSU) was held at TÜSSİDE facilities on 13-15 December and 20-22 December. In addition to the theoretical information given within the framework of Contemporary Management Approaches, games designed to increase the skills of the participants in Being a Team and Solving Problems as a Team constitute the general content of the training program.
