  3. Old
  4. Children in Foster Care
  5. Children in Institutional Care
  6. Social Assistance Recipients

Six different research designs were made, including themes, and the satisfaction levels of the relevant groups and the parameters affecting these satisfaction levels were examined. In addition, 3 different focus group discussions were held on the theme of Martyrs' Relatives and Veterans and areas that needed improvement were revealed.

As a result of the meetings organized by the theme teams of the Ministry of Family and Social Policies and the TÜBİTAK TÜSSİDE Coordination team, problem areas were identified on a theme basis, factors that would affect the level of satisfaction were determined, and various sociodemographic variables were determined in order to photograph the patterns of these areas.

Within the scope of the research, determining the impact power of theme-based satisfaction factors on the general satisfaction level and modeling their effects enabled the emergence of positive and negative elements affecting the lives of those who benefit from the main services and activities of the Ministry of Family and Social Policies and formed an important basis for the design of social policies.

This research, which enables the Ministry of Family and Social Policies and relevant parties to communicate in a scientific framework, will fill an important gap and provide a scientific basis for the steps to be taken regarding social policies.
