The "ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 Management Systems Training and Consultancy" project, which was launched on 13/07/2019 between the General Directorate of Measurement, Evaluation and Examination Services of the Ministry of National Education (MEB ÖDSGM) and TÜBİTAK TÜSSSİDE, has been completed.

The ultimate aim of the project; ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) and ISO 27001:2017 Information Security Management System (ISMS) management standards are implemented by the institution for the development/improvement of the corporate management system of the Departments affiliated to the General Directorate of Measurement, Evaluation and Examination Services of the Ministry of National Education. For this purpose;

• The current situation of the institution was analyzed, taking into account the needs, organizational structure and strategic goals of the General Directorate of Measurement, Evaluation and Examination Services of the Ministry of National Education,
• According to the current situation analysis of the institution, the documentation structure needed to meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 QMS and ISO 27001:2017 ISMS was designed and detail activities that cannot be expressed with the process were included in the directives, procedures, instructions, etc. defined with,
• A process hierarchy was created for the activities implemented by the institution and process documentation was provided,
• By using various methods such as on-the-job observation, one-on-one interviews, group interviews, structured surveys, open-ended surveys, and getting opinions from managers and experts, positions and titles appropriate to the organizational structure of the General Directorate of MEB Measurement, Evaluation and Examination Services were determined and job descriptions were created for these titles. .

At the end of the project, MEB ÖDSGM was entitled to receive the ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 integrated management certificate as a result of the evaluation of the Turkish Standards Institute (TSE).
