"Strategic Management Project" was signed between the National Boron Research Institute (BOREN) and TÜBİTAK TÜSSİDE on February 7, 2017. With the project, which will last for four months, BOREN's strategic road map will be presented under the consultancy of TÜSSİDE.

In the project to be carried out by TÜSSİDE, training and consultancy activities will be carried out for the preparation of the institutional strategic plan in order to support BOREN's corporate development.

With the participation of upper-middle level managers and stakeholders, the project includes the sharing of stakeholders, existing documents, products/services, equivalent institutions, etc. With the analysis, the current situation of the institution will be evaluated and its needs will be determined. In line with the identified needs, an Institutional Strategic Plan that will carry the institution to the desired future will be prepared.
