A cooperation agreement was signed between TÜBİTAK TÜSSİDE and Turkish Hard Coal Enterprise (TTK) on 04 May 2018 for "Restructuring and Norm Staff Studies".

The main purpose of the project is to restructure the Turkish Hard Coal Enterprise and determine its workforce needs in accordance with today's technological requirements and national strategies.

As a result of the current situation analysis to be carried out within and outside the institution within the scope of the project, an organizational chart will be proposed for TTK, down to the branch manager level. While defining the organizational chart, the job descriptions of branch offices will be recreated, taking into account conflicts and overlaps. In the next stage, corporate human resource needs will be determined as a result of analyzes and evaluations regarding the business, workforce needs and business processes.
