A cooperation agreement was signed between TÜBİTAK TÜSSİDE and Turkish Hard Coal Corporation (TTK) on May 04, 2018 for "Restructuring and Norm Staffing Studies".
The main objective of the project is to restructure the Turkish Hard Coal Corporation in accordance with today's technological requirements and national strategies and to determine its labor force needs.
As a result of the current situation analyses to be conducted internally and externally within the project, an organizational chart will be proposed for TTK down to the level of branch directorate. While defining the organization chart, the job descriptions of the branch directorates will be reconstructed by taking into account conflicts and overlaps. In the next stage, as a result of the analyses and evaluations to be made regarding work, workforce needs and business processes, the need for corporate human resources will be determined.
