Türkiye Rail System Vehicles Industry Inc. (TÜRASAŞ) and TÜBİTAK TÜSİDE, within the scope of the “Assessment and Development of Institutional Capacity Project”, “TÜRASAŞ Current Situation Analysis Evaluation and Suggestion Development Workshop” was held in Ankara-Kızılcahamam between 27-29 May 2022.
Approximately 130 people, including TÜRASAŞ senior management and related employees, attended the workshop moderated by TÜBİTAK TÜSİDE. The opening session of the workshop was followed by TÜBİTAK TÜSİDE Institute Director Mr. İsmail Doğan and TÜRASAŞ General Manager Mr. It started with the speeches of Mustafa Metin Yazar.
In the workshop, the findings obtained from the current situation analysis studies carried out through online interviews and field visits were discussed simultaneously in five different sessions designed specifically for each topic. As a result of the study, solution suggestions for the findings were evaluated and new suggestions were developed.
The workshop program ended with the closing program, in which each working group transferred their session outputs to the other participants and general evaluations were taken.
