TÜSSİDE designed an applied training on "Corporate Culture and the Art of Being a Team" for Ankara Development Agency experts and support staff.

The study was held between 16-18 January 2015 in Ankara-Kızılcahamam Çam Hotel and was attended by Ankara Development Agency Secretary General Mr. Arif ŞAYIK, institution experts and employees. Two-day theoretical training on Corporate Culture and Team Building was supported by practical studies and workshops.

Within the scope of Corporate Culture training, issues such as establishing an emotional bond with the institution, creating corporate belonging, difficulties encountered in creating corporate culture and corporate reputation were evaluated from the perspective of Ankara Development Agency. Within the scope of the Art of Teamwork training, where employees were encouraged to take initiative, the dynamics of working harmoniously as a team were examined. At the end of the training, where issues such as creating a sense of trust among employees, openness, transparency and cooperation came to the fore, the participants were given the TÜSSİDE Participation Certificate.
