TÜSSİDE designed a practical training on "Corporate Culture and the Art of Being a Team" for the experts and support staff of Ankara Development Agency.

The workshop was held in Ankara-Kızılcahamam Çam Hotel between 16-18 January 2015 and was attended by the Secretary General of Ankara Development Agency, Mr. Arif ŞAYIK and the experts and employees of the Agency. Two-day theoretical trainings on Corporate Culture and Team Building were supported by practical work and workshops.

Within the scope of the Corporate Culture training, issues such as establishing an emotional bond with the organization, creating corporate belonging, the difficulties encountered in creating a corporate culture and corporate reputation were evaluated from the perspective of Ankara Development Agency. Within the scope of the Art of Being a Team training, where employees were encouraged to take initiative, the dynamics of working harmoniously as a team were examined. At the end of the training, which emphasized issues such as creating a sense of trust among employees, openness, transparency and cooperation, participants were given TÜSSİDE Certificate of Participation.
