Akım Metal, which has more than 40 years of processing experience, manufactures parts through metal processing and metal injection for the white goods, automotive, industrial engine, aviation and defense industry sectors in its facility in Tuzla-Istanbul, and carries out R&D activities to produce new products and differentiate in the market. .

Within the scope of this project, mainly current situation analysis, manager & employee interviews, and job analysis activities will be carried out.

These studies aim to develop Akım Metal's human resources development strategies.
