The opening meeting of Ahi Evran University Strategic Planning Project was held at Ahi Evran University Yunus Emre Hall on February 18, 2015, under the guidance of TÜBİTAK Turkey Industrial Management and Management Institute (TÜSSİDE). Deputy Rector of Ahi Evran University Prof. attended the meeting. Dr. Mustafa Kurt, Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Gökbel, General Secretary Assoc. Dr. Rüştü Yeşil and Strategic Plan Supreme Council Members attended.

The first to speak at the meeting was Deputy Rector Prof. Dr. Mustafa Kurt touched upon the importance of preparing a Strategic Plan and stated that they, as senior management, are ready to provide the necessary support. Afterwards, Project Manager Dr. on behalf of TÜSSİDE. Hakan Turan and TÜSSİDE Advisor Prof. Dr. Ahmet Kesik gave information about the project. Speaking at the end of the meeting, Ahi Evran University Strategy Development Department Head Ali Yılmaz thanked the senior management for their support and stated that the project would be more successful with the active participation of the project team.
