"Strategic Management Project" was signed between the Eastern Black Sea Project Regional Development Administration (DOKAP) of the Ministry of Development of the Republic of Turkey and TÜBİTAK TÜSSİDE on 28 March 2016. With the project, which will last four months, the strategic road map of DOKAP will be presented under the consultancy of TÜSSİDE.

As the first step of the project, "Strategic Management Training" was held in Giresun between 30-31 March - 1 April 2016, with the participation of the project team of 15 people. In this training, which was held to support the institutional development of DOKAP, TÜSSİDE experts shared with the participants the conceptual framework for the preparation of the Institutional Strategic Plan that will carry the institution to the desired future.

The program is supported by applied studies and also; Motivation and team building activities were carried out to ensure that the teams could progress harmoniously throughout the project journey.
