The 1st Module of Basic Competency Development Training, designed by TÜSSİDE for Energy Market Regulatory Authority experts, was held in Ankara on 02-04 February 2015. In the three-day training attended by EMRA energy experts and assistant experts, the subjects of "Communication, Telephone Communication and Time Management", "Meeting Management" and "Conflict Management and Negotiation Techniques" were discussed with practical studies.

On the first day of the training, topics such as speaking the same language, empathy, internal and external communication elements of the institution, the representation aspect of communication, oratory and politeness in communication, the protocol aspect of communication, initiating communication by phone, answering the phone, speaking in front of the public and time management from the communication aspect are discussed. receipt. In the training titled "Meeting Management", the characteristics of successful and unsuccessful meetings, what to do before, during and after the meeting, the role of the meeting manager in a good meeting, asking the right questions during the meeting and roles in the meeting were touched upon. On the last day of the training, the focus was on situations that cause conflict in institutions. The role of people's different perspectives and personal focal points in conflict, the impact of cultural elements in conflict, the relationship of group psychology with human behavior and conflict, the place of negotiation skills in conflict resolution, and different negotiation methods in conflict resolution were discussed through applied studies.

At the closing ceremony attended by EMRA Electricity Market Department Head Mr. Uğur CİNGİ and Human Resources and Support Services Department Management Development and Training Group Head Mr. Mahmut Adil SAVAŞ, evaluations were made about the importance of the cooperation between TÜSSİDE and EMRA and certificates were given to the participants.
