TÜSSİDE experts completed the Strategic Management Training Program with the employees of Izmir Metropolitan Municipality Water and Sewerage Administration (İZSU) General Directorate. During the trainings held in the first two weeks of June, information that would guide IZSU in creating its own strategic plan was shared with practical studies.

In the activities in which İZSU Deputy General Manager Serpil Baran also participated, communication and motivation studies were carried out for the İZSU project team to progress healthily in their corporate development journey. At the end of the training programs, the participants stated in the evaluation survey, "Our attention and comprehension rate increased greatly because the interconnection of basic topics and specific topics was done very professionally."
