SAHA MBA Management Development Program, which was implemented in cooperation with TÜBİTAK TÜSSİDE and SAHA Istanbul Association, had its first graduates with the certificate ceremony held at the 2nd Defense Industry Meetings on January 23, 2020. Certificates were presented to the successful participants of the program by the Minister of Industry and Technology, Mr. It was presented by Mustafa VARANK, TÜSSİDE Institute Director İsmail DOĞAN, and SAHA Istanbul Association General Secretary İlhami KELEŞ.

21 company managers and management candidates operating in our country's leading defense, aviation and space sectors attended the program, which was offered between March and December 2019.

Corporate management, business development, technological innovation management, digital transformation reflections, financial management, research methods, within the scope of the SAHA MBA Management Development Program, which blends TÜBİTAK's research and project culture with SAHA Istanbul Association's sector knowledge and is designed with a tailor-made approach for SAHA companies. A total of 210 hours of training was given in the leadership modules.

SAHA MBA Management Development Program, which not only improves the managerial and technical skills of the participants but also strengthens the trust-based cooperation and communication between them, is expected to continue with new participants in 2020.
