TÜSSİDE Camps Open to General Participation, the preparations of which started in February 2014, were held on 23-28 August and 30 August - 4 September with accommodation. 25 successful students attended the first of our camps, where applications were very intense, and 17 successful students participated in the second.

Scientists from TÜBİTAK institutes UME, BİLGEM, Environment and Clean Production Technologies Institute, Materials Institute and Energy Institute also supported the camps, including our gifted students, with experiments and educational activities. In the camp, where scientific activities were supported by games, our students had the opportunity to meet scientists and their awareness of basic sciences increased with experiments and educational activities. Robotics Workshop, Science Detectives, Cryptology Workshop, Fun Mathematics, Art Workshop, Alternative Energies Workshop can be given as examples of the sessions in the camp.

In the "Camp Poster" study held at the end of the camp and in the general camp evaluation, our students expressed their satisfaction with the camps and wanted them to continue.

TÜSSİDE Camps Open to General Participation are planned to continue in the summer of 2016.
