The opening ceremony of the Strategic Planning Project signed between the General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre (TKGM) and our Institute was held on 04 September 2018 in the conference hall of the Institution. The ceremony, which started with the opening speech of TKGM Deputy General Manager, continued with informative presentations about the project scope and business plan of the TÜSSİDE Project Team. The ceremony ended with the announcement of the team members who will take part in the Strategic Planning process and questions and answers.

Within the scope of the project, an applied training program will be held in which TKGM's 2019-2023 Strategic Plan will be prepared. A workshop will be organized to ensure in-house awareness and participation. Opinions from the external stakeholders of the institution will be received through a survey. The project, which will be carried out with the consultancy of TÜSSİDE experts at all stages, is planned to be completed in November.
