The "Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Teaching Seminars Project" carried out by TÜBİTAK TÜSSİDE for the decision of 'dissemination of entrepreneurship culture', which was one of the decisions taken at the 23rd Meeting of the Supreme Council of Science and Technology (BTYK), was launched on 22 February 2013 between the Ministry of National Education and the Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology. has been signed.

With this project, it is aimed to support the entrepreneurship and leadership qualities of administrators and teachers working in vocational and technical education institutions and to raise individuals who are inquisitive, innovative, free-thinking and have an entrepreneurial spirit.

As of November 2016, 110 weeks of the project have been completed and approximately 13875 vocational teachers have received 5-day leadership, entrepreneurship and teaching training in this project.
