Within the scope of the "Transfer of Service Organizations to Local Governments Infrastructure Project" carried out by the Ministry of Family and Social Policies (ASPB) and TÜBİTAK TÜSSİDE, workshops were held in Samsun, Eskişehir and Antalya to obtain the opinions of the Ministry's provincial organization.

In the Common Mind Platform (OAP®) studies moderated by TÜSSİDE, the current status of social services, possible developments after the transfer of social services to local governments, risks that may occur during and after the transfer were discussed in groups and suggestions were developed.

A total of 330 people, including managers, maintenance and professional staff from provincial directorates, participated in the workshops. After the last workshop held in Antalya on 26-27 November 2015, the outputs will be analyzed and reported.

The aim of the project carried out with MoFSP is to carry out field research and analysis through interview, survey and workshop methods of the active role of social service organizations affiliated to the ministry and municipalities, the provincial directorate of the ministry and the central organization in care services within the framework of the transformation program in social policy.
