Collaborating with TÜSSİDE in the preparation of the Strategic Plan for 2020-2024, Türkiye Vagon Sanayii A.Ş. (TÜVASAŞ)'s Strategic Management Training was held on 25-28 February. Within the scope of the program carried out at TÜSSİDE's Gebze Facilities, the Strategic Planning Team was enabled to acquire Strategic Management concepts. In the training program, where the 3rd edition of the Strategic Planning Guide for State-Funded Enterprises was taken as a reference, participation and communication within the team were reinforced with practical group studies.

The project, which will continue with the consultancy process after the training, aims to contribute to increasing the competitiveness of TÜVASAŞ, which has SOE status, both domestically and internationally, with domestic resources in passenger wagon production, through sector analysis and competitor performance comparison stages. The project will be completed with the preparation of TÜVASAŞ 2020-2024 Strategic Plan in June.
