Bosnia-Herzegovina Public Administrators were at TÜBİTAK TÜSSİDE for the Leadership School Program.

TÜBİTAK TÜSSİDE Leadership School aims to transfer the existing experience and knowledge in the field of leadership in Turkey to middle and senior level managers working in the public sector in Central Asian, Balkan and Middle Eastern countries. In this context, TÜBİTAK TÜSSİDE works in coordination with the Turkish Cooperation Coordination Agency (TİKA) and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. A group of 35 people, consisting of managers from various public institutions and organizations, representatives of NGOs and the press, participated in the Bosnia-Herzegovina Leadership School Program, organized within the framework of the relevant cooperation.

In the training program; Shares were made on Global Change and Its Effects on Turkey, E-government Applications, New Business Models, Quality Management Applications, Regulations and Competition in Privatization, Turkish Economy Change Dynamics, Transparency, Accountability and Waste Management.

Within the scope of the program, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Turkish Grand National Assembly, the Ministry of Economy, the Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities, TIKA and the Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology were visited. Authorized persons in relevant institutions shared their experience and knowledge with the participants. After the public institutions visit program was completed, my travel program started with the aim of closely introducing Turkey's cultural and natural structure. Particularly Anıtkabir and Walled Istanbul, Dolmabahçe Palace, Sabancı Museum, Cappadocia region - Ürgüp, Göreme, Avanos and Konya - Mevlana Museum were introduced with experienced guides.

Emphasizing that they found the program entertaining, instructive and useful, the participants expressed the need to draw a common road map both within the framework of TÜBİTAK TÜSSİDE Leadership Academy and through project collaborations.
