PTT Strengthens its Corporate Structure with its Integrated Management System

PTT provides training on "Management and System Development" to many important sectors and institutions in our country, in order to continue its successes supported by its solid foundations coming from its 176-year-old history by becoming stronger in the same league with competitive global players and to ensure the establishment of an Integrated Management System for the institution as a requirement of global integration. and TÜBİTAK Turkey Industrial Management and Administration Institute (TÜSSİDE), which provides consultancy services, signed the PTT General Directorate's Corporate Service Standards Development Project contract on 29 September 2016.

With this project, the processes being implemented by PTT; An Integrated Management System (IMS) modeling will be made in which it will be integrated with ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 and ISO 27001 management systems. Thus, with the Integrated Management System, the basic structure of institutional processes will be strengthened and mobility will further increase. In addition, combining all components of corporate processes in a consistent system will make it easier to achieve corporate goals, strengthen internal and external communication, eliminate inefficiency caused by work repetitions, and simplify business processes.

Within the scope of the project, the project opening meeting was held with the participation of PTT General Manager Kenan Bozgeyik, TÜBİTAK TÜSSİDE Institute Director Tezer Battal, Project Consultant Metin Yerebakan and PTT central organization managers, and the road map of the project was shared with all participants.
