TÜBİTAK TÜSSİDE designed programs consisting of methods that include current and original teaching techniques, within the scope of the changing generation approach, for mathematics and science & technology teachers working in schools within the Kocaeli Provincial Directorate of National Education.

Project; It was founded with the goals of helping students overcome their fears in mathematics and science with real-life approaches, making students love mathematics and science courses, and increasing success in mathematics and science & technology courses in Kocaeli.

In the program attended by 280 mathematics and science teachers, training was given by the creative drama leader and academics from Boğaziçi, Hacettepe and Gaziantep universities on subjects such as the use of technology in mathematics and science teaching, creative drama, argumentation, model-evidence relationship and problem solving.

At the end of the studies, a TÜSSİDE Common Mind Platform workshop was held to increase the quality of mathematics and science teaching in Kocaeli. In the workshop, the opinions of participating teachers were consulted in order to increase the quality of mathematics and science teaching. At the end of the program, certificates were given to our teachers with the participation of Kocaeli Provincial Director of National Education Mr. Fehmi Rasim ÇELİK.
