The Common Mind Platform (OAP)® workshop, moderated by TÜBİTAK TÜSSİDE Health Economics and Management (SEY) unit, was attended by leading stakeholders of Balıkesir University's Faculty of Medicine and Hospital (university academics, medical and administrative hospital managers, physicians, nurses, other health professionals, etc.). 52 people participated.

In the workshop, the current situation of both the University's Faculty of Medicine and the University's Training and Research Hospital (the institutions' strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats), the position, vision and goals of these institutions in the health services of the future were evaluated. In addition, participants' opinions about the advantages and disadvantages of the affiliation model, which is a new model in health services and increasingly widespread in the sector, were also received at the workshop.
